Cancellation Policy:
- Clients can cancel their service at any time by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
- If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation request is received after 24 hours of placing the order, no refund will be issued.
- If the client has received any service or advice from our astrologers before the cancellation, no refund will be issued.
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, Astrolexaa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment. In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment.
Refund Policy
- We take our clients' satisfaction seriously, and if for any reason they are not
satisfied with our service, we offer a refund policy as follows:
- Clients can request a refund by contacting our customer support team via
email or phone within 24 hours of receiving their service.
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method that was used to
purchase the service.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the
request.
- If the client has received any service or advice from our astrologers before the
refund request, no refund will be issued.
- If the client has booked an appointment but has failed to attend it, no refund
will be issued.
